REGISTER WITH EVBC.
FOR ALL EARLHAM PARENTS/PLAYERS
Registration opens August 1st, 2025 and can be completed using the link below. Registration must be completed by October 15th, 2025.
Payment for EVBC can be done through this same link. Payment is due November 9th, 2025.

FOR ALL NON-EARLHAM PARENTS/PLAYERS
Registration opens August 1st, 2025 and can be completed using the link below. Registration must be completed by October 15th, 2025.
If your child is in 4th-8th grade, contact earlhamvolleyballclub@gmail.com before registering for EVBC to ensure we have space for your child on one of our teams.
If your child is in high school, fill out the registration form and bring your child to tryouts on November 2nd (1:00-3:00pm). You will find out if you made an EVBC team on November 5th, 2025.

REGISTER WITH USAV
FOR ALL EARLHAM PARENTS/PLAYERS
Registration for USAV must be completed by November 9th, 2024.
1. If you are a new player to USAV, click on the link below to go to SportsEngine. Follow the instructions to create a membership for the parent and then add a child to the account.
If you are an existing USAV player, click on the link below to go to Sportsengine. Sign in with your account from the previous year.
2. Click Get Membership
3. Click Add a Child
4. Input information for your child
5. When prompted to select a membership, select 25-26 IA Junior 17 & Under Player. We DO NOT want the membership with Camp/Clinic or League in the title.
6. The total should come out to $55 for all 6th-11th grade athletes.
The total should come out to $35 for all 4th-5th grade athletes.

FOR ALL NON-EARLHAM PARENTS/PLAYERS

If your child is in high school, there is no need to pay for a USAV membership until your child has gone through tryouts and accepted an offer from us to join an EVBC team.

fill out medical form
This form is due November 9th, 2024.
This form can be emailed to earlhamvolleyballclub@gmail.com, or filled out on Meet the Team night (November 9th). You will need your insurance information.
05.
complete reffing/scoring
Step 5 does not need to be completed yet. You will receive an email from the club director in December letting you know which modules to complete.
Below are the instructions for how to access the reffing and scoring modules.
1. Sign into Sportsengine
2. Click on the Household tab (left side)
3. Click on the player's name to enlarge
4. Under profile, you should see Iowa Volleyball region with your name and member number. At the bottom of that, click "View Details".
5. To the right, you should see "USAV Academy". Click on this and it will open in a new window.
6. To the left side, click "Content Library".
